We are able to form a company within twenty-four hours of receiving the completed due diligence, company questionnaire and the necessary fees.
Value
Our standard company incorporation package (for ordinary resident, non-resident and exempted companies) is available for a flat fee of only $1,200.00 plus disbursements. Our standard package for local companies costs $1,000.
This package includes the preparation of both the Memorandum and Articles of Association (with documents drafted and approved by Samson & McGrath Attorneys-at-Law), the registration and filing of the same with the Registrar of Companies, obtaining the corporate seal (if requested), preparation and filing the necessary affidavits, and application for Tax Exemption Guarantees or Non-Resident Designation, as appropriate.
